Holiday Countdown
Oh my goodness it is fresh off of Labor Day and we are looking at a Holiday Countdown…I know give you a break but all the fun stuff is starting to come in and I’m like a kid in a toyshop so to speak and must begin to share! Ho ho ho or hee hee bah humbug?
Today we got a new version of a favorite at Art Of Toys, drum roll please, Create Your Own Music Composition music box. The big improvement on this old favorite is the wood box which provides a nice receptacle for the music mechanism as well as a place for sound to vibrate off so volume is better.
Comes with the puncher to punch out the music composition on the printed music paper. This is from Germany and I discovered in a old mailer from importer who is not sure if he going forward since the box and directions are in German…it is very easy to figure out and most likely you would not use directions anyway. Will have limited amount online this week! Fun!
For the puppet show we brought in a whole series of shadow puppets from France…ooh la la…love them. Picture is definitely a sneak peek.
And last but by no means least (don’t want to overload you with a commercial) is some cool pencils and grease pencils by teacher friend talked me into.
