Shipping & Returns Policy of www.artoftoys.com
We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from California). Items are normally shipped via USPS or FedEx within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Expedited shipping may also be available. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.
An 7.25% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California state.
Countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.
Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 10th.] Returns delivered after 10 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.
Please note that:
a. All artwork (prints and originals), holiday decor and items discounted by 35% or more are final sale.
b. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
c. Art Of Toys will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Credit in the amount of purchase price, excluding shipping charges, will be issued to the same credit card account as used in the original purchase. We will credit account upon receipt but please allow at least 24 business days from the date of return for the credit to be process depending on your credit card company.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
