Description
Bisque mini jointed vintage doll has a frozen body with wire attached arms. Face has molded with painted features with molded bob hair. This unique beauty is only 2.5″ tall! Back is marked with “JAPAN” lightly in mold.
Tiny dolls enjoyed perhaps their greatest popularity between 1880 and 1930 and were produced in vast quantities at that time. Most of the major doll manufacturers such as Kestner, Kammer and Reindhardt, and Simon and Halbig made them, and both quality and price could vary greatly.
